Once you have your shipping container purchased with us, the rest of the cost is determined by the finishes you choose for the interior. We focus on making all of our container conversions as affordable as possible.

Shipping containers are inherently strong. They are manufactured to be tough and durable. Shipping containers are designed to carry cargo though extreme weather both on land and at sea. At sea they may be subjected to 100 mph winds or 50-foot waves, there’s a good chance if the container can survive that, then it will survive through any storms we endure in Zimbabwe or the heat in Hwange. Steel is stronger than brick and cement and containers are built 100% out of steel.

Because the main building material on a converted shipping container is the steel of the container they are highly resistant to bugs and pests and will even stand up agents elephants and all wild animals if locked correctly.

With a container conversion, the exterior structure of the home is already built, roof, walls, and ceiling are completed; all you have to add are the interior details, which can take a considerable amount of time off of the building process.
Our containers are built off-site, decreasing build time because there is no travel to and from the building site and all supplies and equipment are readily available and do not have to be trucked to the building site. This is especially beneficial if you are looking to build on a remote site.
